Acting Governor Martins Babale says it's Administration will continue to accord priority to its people in the areas of health care delivery. He made this known when he received a delegation from UNICEF, Nigeria.

He explained that the Bindow led Administration is fufilling it's campaign promises to its electorate by renovating four  4 standard Hospitals in other to provide good health care devering to people of Adamawa.

Intimating the Acting Governor on the visit of UNICEF,  the Chairman  Adamawa Primary Health Care Development Agency, Doctor Abdullahi Belel said three states including Adamawa have received European Union Grant of Thirty Million Euro to support the Maternal and New Born which is ending this May, adding that another Fifty Million Euro has been received for Adamawa, Kebbi and Bauchi States.

Speaking Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Doctor John Agbo said the team is in the state to access the work done in Health Sector  for the past Four Years. He noted that the Programme is funded by European Union after which he appreciate them for the support in the state and commended the State Government for including European Union into its budget, assured of reporting to EU that Adamawa is making judicious use of the fund.

Lastly, Doctor Agbo called on others States to emulate Adamawa in same direction.
