Royal Heritage Health Foundation is an NGO that has been operating for a decade now.  It's activities centres on improving and developing lives of individuals and the society at large.  How ever,  RHHF 's primary targets are women and girls  while men and boys remains the secondary. It has succeeded in caring out one intervention or the other especially in the areas of education, malaria prevention, and family planning.

It is how important to know that RHHF's focused intervention for this quarter include; to conduct training for Community Volunteers who will in turn create advocacy and sensitize communities,  to form a Stakeholder Forum that will serve as referrals for the Volunteers,  and to hold a Lunch meeting with Stakeholders identified in such communities

RHHF team arrived Yola three days ago and has already succeeded in training 50 Community Volunteers on how to end  Violence Against Women and Girl's and to Support Survivor's Access to Post Gender Based Violence Services. These Volunteers are currently engage in field work. They are have been positioned in Yola North, Yola South,  Girei, Numan and Furore LGAs.

Subsequently, RHHF is currently engaging a stakeholders forum at Ministry of Justice Conference Hall. The forum consists of Lawyers, Representatives of FIDA, NSCDS, Police Force,  Member of state CID, NUJ,  and A Representative of the State House Committee on Women Affairs on how to handle referrals. How ever,  once this target is achieved,  it means that RHHF is through with its first and second focused intervention and the next will be lunch meeting with Stakeholders.

RHHF facilitators are Adewoye Moses Sunday as the Programme Manager,  Mike Ajayi,  Toni Tundun and Olusesam Elijah.

Gender Based Violence has been and is still the song on the lips of RHHF.  The team is working tirelessly to ensure Gender Equality and to End Violence Against Women and Girls as most of the papers presented are based on Gender Equality and Gender Based Violence. Its mode of approach is via community engagement.
