Presidential Committee on the North East Initiative (PCNI) and National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has delivered more relief materials to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are citizens of Nigeria living at the largest formal Refugee Camp in Minawao, Cameroon recently.

However, the Director of Search and Rescue NEMA, Commodor Salisu Mohammed made the presentation. Items delivered includes; 1,214 mattresses , 1941 pillows, 990 blankets, 1,214 mosquito nets, 3,990 pieces of clothing, 3,946 pieces of sanitary pads and 36,000 pieces of toilet soaps  as basic needs. Deliveries like 4,032 notes books, 3,984 exercise books, 4,032 pencils takes care of the educational needs of the children.
The most important of them all are the food items which includes ; 300 bags of millet, 200 kegs of cooking oil, 597 bags of sugar, 201 cartons of peak milk, 200 cartons of sachet of salt. Others includes; sandals, plastic buckets, plastic plates and spoons baby mats, all at a very reasonable number.

The distribution was carried out by UNHCR officials to Nigeria.
