His Excellency, Governor Mohammed Umaru Jibrilla had on Monday 24th April 2017 Roll out plan to addressed the State of Emergency declared on the Education Sector, this came to fur when the Governor in company of the Honourable Commissioner of Education Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, Permanent Secretary Alhaji Mahmud Abubakar and the Director Planning Research and Statistics of the Ministry Alh. Ayuba Njiddda inspected the level of damage to Government Secondary School Hong as a result of insurgents activities.
The Governor Instructed the Ministry of Education to immediately carry out total reconstruction and renovation Work on Government Secondary School Hong by Monday 1st/May/2017.
Government Secondary School Demsa, Villanova Numan and Government Science Technical College Mubi. These Schools are to form the first phase of the construction/rehabilitation of school infrastructures in the State.
The Sardauna further added that Teachers training and welfare will follow suit.
Other deginatories at the event were the the Executive Chairmen of Hong, Fufore Local Government Areas aswell as the District Head of Hong.
