NEWS IN BRIEF: SAVE ONE MILLION LIFE.

Save one million life is a program established under primary health care activities to enhance the practice of health workers in Adamawa State through preventing children under five years for being prevented of diseases.

It was a decade when the primary health care established the programme founded by development partners such as UNICEF, OCHER, UNFPA, European Union and other donors supporting the government to save the less privilege at the rural areas across the state.The great achievement is a symbolic content which the National Association of Community Health Practitioner of Nigeria , Adamawa State Chapter drew the attention of Nigerian citizen on how to reach the nearest health centre in their community for their good health and to prevent themselves from contacting diseases of different kinds.It was however,  a remarkable to celebrate its hero on transforming the health services into development world.

According to the Executive Chairman of Primary Health Care Agency, Dr. Abdullahi Dauda Belel,  he said “the programme save one million lives is a diplomatic way of reaching community health services. We developed a thousand strategies to transform good service delivering through humanitarian acts, opening a dragon of good public services which today has lead us to win the second diplomatic primary health services in Nigeria" He added that;  "Our strategy is to partner with development partners, local NGOs and the government to give accountability of good governance, part of the achievement of save one million lives, the National Association of Community Health Practitioners developed its state secretariat also gave award of excellence to the Executive Governor of Adamawa State Sen. Muhammadu Umar Jibrilla Bindow represented by his Deputy Governor Engr. Martins Babale".

Babale said “his excellency give approval of paying the health workers all their demands. Pending salaries, allowances and other need, about 70% percent 2018 budget has gone to health, domestic violence and education which will focus especially the affected areas by Boko Haram insurgency in Adamawa State. The government is assuring to give accountable to her citizen development, conducive solution, bring peace to the state.
