NEWS: Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Expected to Issue Appointments to about 315 PDP Members.

About 315 politicians across the State are expected to be appointed into various political offices in the first leg of appointments to be announced by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State soon.

Governor Fintiri who requested 15 names of prominent politicians in each of the 21 Local Government Areas for consideration in the scheduled appointments during PDP Stakeholders meeting at the Government House on Wednesday 19th June, 2019 also indicated his administration’s resolve to appoint Management Committee for the 21 Local Government Councils.

The list,the Governor advised should cut across various interest and the Wards in the Local Government. It was not however clear whether prospective Commissioners will be picked from the respective Local Government lists.

Also On the appointment it was not well stated wether the appointment will cut across to other political parties as his order was given to only PDP leadership in the state.

You could recall that Governor Ahmadu promised the people of the state is going to have an all inclusive government, a government for all irrespective of political party.
