ADHA:STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS PRESENTS SEVERAL BILLS.

The Adamawa State House of Assembly today passes the first reading Bill for a law to provide for the Establishment of Adamawa State Transport Board and to provide for the Management,  Operation of Urban Intra-State, Inter State and International Transport Services. 

 

The Bill when passed into law is aimed at making Transportation problems in Adamawa State, across Adamawa and also abroad to be a thing of the pass with the Board.

The Bill is Sponsored by Member Representing Jada/Mbulo Constituency and the majority leader of the House, Hon . hammantukur Yettisuri. 

In the same same view, The House read a Bill the first and second time consecutively, for a law to repeal and re-enact the Adamawa State University(ADSU), Mubi law No. 10 of 2001.

The Bill when passed into law would bring a facelift and enhance a conducive learning atmosphere for learning. 

The Bill was also sponsored by the member representing Jada/Mbulo Constituency, Hon . hammantukur Yettisuri  (Majority Leader ). 

Also the House read a Bill for the first time for a law to provide Road Traffic administration and to make provisions for Road Traffic and vehicle Inspection in Adamawa State. 

The Bill is aimed at check matting the Road use/regulation, Road Traffic, vehicle  Inspection and policies guiding them.

The Sponsor of the Bill is Hon.Hammantukur Yettisuri,  Member representing Jada/Mbulo Constituency and the majority leader of the House.
