This came to fore at the 33rd Annual Session of the Baptist Xonvention held in Guyuk Local Government Area of Adamawa.
The 2021 Convention by Gongola Baptist Conference of Nigeria titled "Moving forward; Finishing the race with joy", brought together Christian families from Baptist and non-Baptist alike.
The Deputy Governor, on behalf of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri thanked God for making the occasion possible amidts Challenges possed by insecurity and the COVID-19 pandemic.
He encouraged the Christian faithful to always uphold the values of peaceful co-existence and prayers.
Chief Crowther also cautioned against using politics to cause division, and drew the attention of the faithful on the adage "United we stand, divided we fall".
The number two citizen used the avenue to appreciate their support for the Fresh Air Government, re-assuring them that Government under the leadership of Governor Fintiri is committed to serving its subjects.
