NEWS: Farauta Calls for Citizen's Cooperation Towards Realization of the Adamawa of Our Dream

The Deputy Governor of the State, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta has sustained the call for citizens to eschew their differences and work towards having Adamawa State of everyone's dream.
Faraway made the call while granting audience to officials from Centre for Women and Adolescent Empowerment in her office.

Addressing officials led by Asma'u Joda, the number two citizen of Adamawa emphasized that the state needs people who can stand up for the responsibility of ensuring governance reaches the common man.

While thanking them for the visit, she tasked the team to shun divisive tendencies, rather champion the course of Adamawa to live a legacy for the younger ones and the generation yet unborn.

She also informed them that government is always ready to join hands with any group of goodwill to ensure the Adamawa project is achieved, hence the reminder that "United we stand, divided we fall".

The leader of the delegation, Asma'u Joda said they deemed it fit to identify with the deputy Governor and wish her the best, even as they pledge their support and contributions at all times.

Joda highlighted some of their activities to include; promoting transparency and accountability in governance.

She is hopeful that with a woman placed on the seat of the deputy governor, Adamawa State will change for the better.
