In what can be best described as Government's policies in ensuring that the commercial sectors and economic activities are rightly put in place, Dr. Ishaya John Dabari the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry led  Government delegation on sensitisation tour across Adamawa State.
The tour is aimed at creating awareness, interaction with Traditional Chiefs, Local Government Council Chairmen as well as Stakeholders in the Commercial Sectors on the participation of Adamawa State in the forth coming NorthEast Joint Domestic Trade Fair  shuduled 26th February, to 8th March 2024 in Bauchi State.
Dr. John Dabari, who doubled as the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee on Northeast Joint Domestic Trade Fair, visited Maiha, Mubi North, Mubi South, Madagali, Michika, Hong, Song, Gombi, Gerei, and Yola North Local Government Areas. He highlighted the importance of the Trade Fair, which according to him is aim at improving the revenue base of the State and regions through various links and also to create business opportunities.

According to him, it will also create jobs opportunities for youths as well as attract investors to our region, he called on the general public and encouraged them to support Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri lead Administration and look forward to seeing Adamawa state succeed in the forth coming event.
Dr. John Dabari said "government is focus on developing the economy, creating wealth for it citizens as well as to make an enabling environment for business to strive. This is a policy of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri that noting will be left untouched and no one will be left behind"
The President Adamawa State Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, Maliki Daniel accompanied by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Commerce,  Trade and Industry Mrs. Saso Benson Ali, amongst others led  team B to Toungo, Ganye, Jada, MayoBelwa, Demsa, Numan, Lamurde, Guyuk, Shelleng, Fufore and Yola South Local Government Areas respectively on the same mission.
The first class Traditional Chiefs that were visited, lauded the efforts of the Northeast Governors for bringing back the trade fair culture, which according to them will enhance businesses, promotes peaceful cooexistance, foster unity, among the vast ethnic background of Northeastern region.

The Council Chairmen through the ALGON Chairman, Gidado Abdulsalam assured of their full support to the forthcoming event.
