The Hon Commissioner For Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development Mrs Wunfe B Anthony received the audience of FAWE team, NURU International and  PRUDAN International in her office today.

Along side the Special Adviser  Hajiya Hauwa A. Guruja, and some Directors of the Ministry. 

FAWE is a non Govermental organisation stands for Forum for African Women Education that empower young children to acquire education for development. 

FAWE seeks collaboration with the Ministry to promote education in sectors like the sangaya children to give them opportunity of learning and practicing skills to uplift their dreams and become useful to the society. 
In a similar vein, NURU International, a non Govermental Organisation also paid a courtesy visit to seek for collaboration with the Ministry. They provide Agric based intervention targeted towards farmers in the rural communities. They are currently operating in Gombi, Hong and Michika Local Goverment Areas and plan to extend it to other LGAs

Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria, CRUDAN International was also on a courtesy visit on the Honourable Commissioner.Their mission is to seek for collaboration from the Ministry for Gender responsive budgeting and planning to ensure it captures special needs of women, and to see that their needs are taken care of in the Empowerment. 
In her response, Wunfe assured them of the Ministry's readiness to partner with the NGOs and the need for them to include the Ministry's staff in their training for continuity.
