The newly posted Permanent Secretary in Ministry for Entrepreneurship Development, Mr. Kwaji Duguri, has received an award of Excellence.
The Executive Chairman, Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Suleiman Saidu Bashir, who presented the award on behalf of the Board Management and Staff of the Agency, congratulated the new Permanent Secretary over his appointment and eventual posting to the State Ministry for Entrepreneurship Development. According to Dr. Suleiman Saidu, the award was presented to him as the result of his selfless service to the State Government as well as to the people of Adamawa State, considering his conduct and with flawless record of excellent service.
Responding, the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Kwaji Duguri appreciated the Primary Health Care Development Agency for finding him worthy of an award of Excellence, adding that such award would encourage him to do more.
