Adamawa State Governor, Senator Muhammadu Umar Jibrilla Bindow has reiterated his commitment towards the progress and development of the state and its people despite the continuous harsh attacks on his personality and administration.

Bindow made the remark while receiving a group of elder Statemen who paid him a courtesy visit at the government house, Yola.

According to the Governor, no amount of attacks will make him deviate from the ultimate objective of making Adamawa a better place for it's people.

He further debunked insinuation that he considers a few political Elites in the state as his enemies.

"I have always said, I see nobody as my enemy and I have no reason to keep one. People have their reasons to think they are my enemies but since I can't understand why they think I'm their enemy, then I will leave them to their negative thoughts and belief".

"I actually have no time to identify who is my enemy or who is not. I am more occupied with strategising on how to fulfill the promise of a better Adamawa for it's people",  Bindow added.

"The present administration will continue to resist any attempt to distract us from doing what is right. We choose to prioritise some areas because of their relevance to the people of Adamawa state and we will work on all other sectors in due time. With patience and perseverance we will get there In Sha Allah".

The Governor further stated his administration's willingness to listen and work on good advice and constructive criticism. Saying, "my open door policy is no secret. We always listen and learn".

"The fight in the name of camp on new media is unnecessary and bad, we may not continue to have political camps but Adamawa will continue to remain".

He then pleaded on every well meaning individual to join him in the struggle of making Adamawa a better for all.
