HOS Briefing Journalists 
The Adamawa state Excutive Council has Approved the sum of Seventy Million Naira for the Accreditation of some Courses by the National  Board for Technical  Education (NBTE) at the College of Agriculture, Ganye  which  was established in 1992.

This was diaclosed by the Head of State  Civil service  Dr Louis Solomon Mandama, (MNI) alongside Honourable Commissioners of  Agriculture Dr Waziri Haruna Ahmadu, Umar Iya Daware  of Commerce and Industries, Rural  Infrastructure and community Development  Alhaji Umar Hassan Pakka, and that of Water Resources Abubakar  Rufai Ahmed who  briefed Journalists at the end of the Weekly  state Executive council meeting presided over by Governor Muhammed Umar Jibrilla  at the council chambers of the Government House Yola .

The  EXCO  discussed  far reaching  decisions  on the need for the state government  to participate  in Micro, Small and medium  Interprises  development  Fund domiciled  with the Central Bank of Nigeria. 

According to the Commissioner of  Commerce,  the Essence of the Fund is to support people to have access of Financial services, and  also to empowered the  people  at the grassroots. He also explained that out of the  Thirty Six  States of the Federation, Twenty  Nine States  benefited from  the programme .
The  Council also approved  the  Electrification of some communities   in Mubi-South  Local government area which includes  Giraji, Mugulvu, Gada fee.
The  Council also  approved the Sum of  360,361,325.40 kobo for the  construction of Earth -Dam at Kukumto  in Nassarawo  Demsa in Demsa Local government area as part of the campaign promises made to the people of the area during the 2015 electioneering campaigns.
