The Adamawa State Women in collaboration with the National Council of Women Society (NCWS) has Wednesday came out in their numbers to appreciate God for the return of President Buhari from the hospital.
The women who said they deemed it necessary to join other states in appreciating God for perfecting the health of the President. They reiterated their unflinchingly support through Prayers to seek the face of God towards giving the President the opportunity and strength to continue the good work being delivered by the Vice President Yemi Osibanjo.
Speaking on the occasion, the Adamawa State Governor Umaru Jibrilla, through the Hon. Commissioner Ministry of Mineral Resource, Shanti Sashi urged women and the entire country to enbrace peace and to play the role of moulding the character of their children.
Also in their separate goodwill messages, the Commissioner Ministry of Women Affairs Aliyu Tola,Permanent Secretary Hajiya Maisaratu Bello, Vice President of NCWS Adamawa State Mrs. Rebecca Kwabe had applauded the love and support of the wife of the President during her trying moments.
They commended Governor Umaru Jibrilla Bindow for bringing sanity and changing Adamawa State positively.
Prayers and Women anthem were featured.
