Today being the 20th of October 2017, the Management and Staff of the Ministry receive Barr. Agada Apochi whom according to BSD Sanga in his welcome address said, Apochi was on a surprise and private visit to the Government of the state. He said, he has deemed it necessary to take advantage of the visit to invite him over to deliver a lecture and share his professional and private experience to his staff.

BSD Sanga has also commended on the personality of Apochi adding that he is impress with his professional abilities.

However, Apochi took his time and delivered a lecture on his personal and professional experiences, leadership, and team work, how to measure success, diligence, risk taking, tolerance etc.

According to Apochi, for a group or a team to succeed, it will be necessary for it to consider the five (5) levels of group analyses which are;
1. Intra personal analyses
2. Inter personal analyses
3. Group level analyses
4. Inter group analyses
5. Organizational analyses

He further said that “no member of a group can grow better than the group because each member is a fracture of the group”. He ended with the saying that; “if you want to make it, you go alone. If you want to go far, you go with others”.

Subsequently, there was an interactive session between Apochi and the staff on the delivered lecture.

Barr. Mohammed Sule, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry thanked and commended the kind gesture of Apochi and urged all to reflect and subject the analyses and see how the Ministry can have a success story.
