Nigerian Air Force would embark on shooting range exercise from today Tuesday nineteenth to twenty second of June twenty eighteen.
A statement signed by Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Comrade Ahmad Ibrahim Sajoh said the Air Force had notified the state Governor Muhammad Umaru Jibrilla.
It stated that the shooting exercise will take place at the twenty third Armoured Brigade Shooting Range in Yola adding that members of the public have been enjoined not to panic but remain calm on hearing the sound of gun.
Government therefore calls on the good citizens of Adamawa especially those living around the area to keep away from the range.
The shooting exercise is a routine annual event of the military to enhance proficiency in the use of combat tools and facilities.
