The Presidential Committee on the North East Initiatives (PCNI )has launched a free Medical intervention at Yola Specialist Hospital to the Less Previlage and vulnerable.
During an inspection visit by Governor Muhammad Umar Jibrilla, the medical Director of the Specialist Hospital Dr . Bala Saidu who conducted the Governor round said the Free Medical outreach was a programme of the Presidential Committee on the North East Initiative in partnership with Pro- Health Africa, Adamawa State Government and West Africa College for Surgeons. It was organised to treat various ailments of diseases.
In his remarks, Governor Muhammad Umar Jibrilla appreciated the PCNI for the intervention and urged for the extension of more days for more people to benefit from the services .
The Governor also commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his efforts in ensuring that the people of Adamawa benefits from the laudable programme of the Federal Government.
Earlier, the PCNI had launched similar outreach in Mubi for the Northern zone and Ganye for the Southern zone of Adamawa State successful.
