The Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has on Monday sworn in Barrister Caleb Atiman as member of the Adamawa State Judicial Service Commission, JSC.
Performing the ceremony in his office at Government House Yola, Governor Fintiri charged Barrister Atiman to discharge his duty in line with the oath of his office.
While congratulating the Barrister, Governor Fintiri enjoined him to use his vast experience to uplift Judicial Service Commission in the State, having Judiciary being the last hope of the common man.
The Governor charged the Barrister to stick to the oath which stipulates that he will treat all manner of people accordingly, as reforms are taken place in Adamawa State Judiciary System.
While responding, Barrister Caleb Atiman who replaced Clement Jakinwa from Guyuk LGA after serving five years as member in the JSC, thanked Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the confidence reposed on him and promise not to disappoint the State from avoidable mistakes.
Barrister Caleb said that he accepted the appointment because of the sincerity of Governor Fintiri to make Adamawa State great again. Adding that he turned-down similar offers from the past administration because of its lack of sincerity.
Highlight of the ceremony was administering of Oath of office and allegiance on Barrister Caleb Atiman by the State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Barrister Afraimu Jingi.
