Adamawa State House of Assembly today Monday 19-10-2020 passed a Bill for a law to Establish Adamawa State Environmental Protection Agency (ADSEPA) with its functions and the powers for the effective implementation of such functions.
The Bill which is passed for the second time By Member representing song constituency Hon. Simon Isa.
The bill when passed into law is aimed at tackling Environmental problems like protection, hygiene and Environmental investment to mention but few.
