NEWS: Adamawa State Government Grants Audience to Leadership of Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, Promised to continue supporting all religious activities in the State for sustainable Peace and Unity.

The Deputy  Governor, Chief Crowther Seth received the officials in his office on behalf of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.They are from the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission and they were led by the Executive Secretary, Reverend Dr. Yakubu Pam.

Receiving the officials on behalf of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri in his office,  Chief Crowther Seth assured them of the present administration's readiness to continue to run an all inclusive government for sustainable peace and harmony among Religious and diverse ethnic nationalities in Adamawa.

He warned that the fresh air government has zero tolerance to religious intolerance or any individual perpetrating disunity and confusion in the state.

Speaking earlier, the Executive Secretary of the Commission , Reverend Dr. Yakubu Pam intimated the deputy Governor on the purpose of their visit, which according to him is to appreciate Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and his team for their efforts towards building christian faith in Adamawa through supporting the pilgrimage among other religious activities, adding that NCPC is committed to meeting its obligations.

He also commended the governor for operating purposeful and balanced leadership in the state, noting that the commission will remain greatful for his contributions and support.

The executive secretary described governor Fintiri's stewardship as considerate regardless of faith or tribe, encouraging Christian community not to relent in praying for the success of the Fintiri led administration.
