MUBI: THE INCESSANT HARDSHIP CAUSED BY THE RISE OF PURE WATER PRICE IN MUBI

The recent price hike of the commodity is uncalled for and should be addressed with immediate effect. What exactly is going wrong with the price Control Committee or the people responsible for the control of prices in the market? Is the organization actually functioning if there is any? Or masses are Left in the mercy of Capitalist that is what is trending here in Mubi.
 

In spite of the sudden and unexpected increment in the of Keke Napep fair and other social amenities, even the sachet water  (pure water) is not an exception. I vividly remember when the whole Package of sachet water is sold at 80 Naira, but all of a sudden, the price rose to 100 Naira. Then last year 21/03/2021, The Table water Union embarked on a Two day strike citing materials cost and call off the strike with an increase from 100 Naira to 120 Naira.   

          
 Unfortunately, as at the time of writing this report ,  the new price for a packagedeals water in mubi is 150 Naira per package in the Company ,170 in shops or 200 Naira depending on location. 

 

Definitely, something is wrong and How do people continue like this? What could be the  way out for the common man in mubi?
