Muhammed Auwal Sani has been conferred with the title of Majikira Adamawa with a call on him to work with all sincerity and humility. 


Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri was among the prominent dignitaries that graced the event held at the Lamido's Palace, Yola.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri represented by his Deputy, Chief Crowther Seth arrived Lamido's Palace in company of his countapart, the Deputy Governor of Maiduguri Usman Umar Kadafur who served as Chairman of the occasion. 
The new Majikira Adamawa Muhammed Auwal Sani upon graduation from the University of Maiduguri where he obtained Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology ventured into private business where he started exploring the oil and gas sector.

The man described as a philanthropist, carved a niche for himself as he led a variety of humanitarian engagements in different communities across the country, and  is currently the chairman, Board of Trustees, Majikira Foundation, an initiative he founded to provide volunteering services to his community and the nation as a whole.

The celebrant has made a mark in various spheres of life, and has impacted  many lives,In the light of his numerous contributions for the development of the emirate, various communities, and the state coupled with the achievements recorded, the Lamido Adamawa Dr. Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustapha found him worthy in character and accomplishment to be conferred with the traditional title of Majikira Adamawa.

Lamido Adamawa while conferring the title on Muhammed Auwal Sani tasked him to operate  an all inclusive leadership and be fair and transparent in discharging his responsibilities.

The paramount ruler also advised the celebrant to coorparate with the emirate, and work closely with other tiltle holders, for the growth and development of the emirate, the state and country in general.

The celebrant Muhammed Auwal Sani appreciated Lamido Fombina for the recognition, promising to put in his best for the growth and progress of humanity, the entire emirate, Adamawa and the country at large 

Also speaking Alhassan Ado Doguwa, the Sardaunan Rano who doubles as the majority leader House of Representatives thanked the Lamido Fombina for the trust and title bestowed on Muhammed Auwal Sani, praying God to protect the celebrant and direct his path.

Also present at the event was the Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas among other personalities.
