EDUCATION:Farauta is Optimistic that ADSU will be Among the best Universities in the Country.

Deputy Governor professor Kaletapwa Farauta expressed optimism that Adamawa State University Mubi will be among the best institutions in Nigeria.


She stated this when she received the leadership of the Christian Chapel of the institution who were on a congratulatory visit to her office Tuesday.

The Deputy Governor thanked the visitors for identifying with her and the present administration, encouraging them to contribute their quota towards the realization of the dream of placing Adamawa state University at per with other sister institutions in the country.

Professor Farauta reiterated that the present administration will continue to attach prominence to education sector, being the bed rock of any society, even as she promised never to relent in its quest to provide quality and affordable education to the citizenry.

The leadership of the chapel led by  Pastor Salama Sajo who is the Chaplain of the Chapel saluted Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the wise choice, describing her selection as the Deputy Governor as well deserved in view of her track records.

He expressed happiness, saying Professor Farauta who served in different capacities in the public sector, coupled with her wealth of experience will add value to the fresh air administration.

While congratulating her on her elevation to the Deputy Governor's seat, they saluted Farauta for her contributions to the development of the Chapel and the entire university during her time as the Vice Chancellor, expressing confidence that she will replicate same as the number two citizen of Adamawa for the growth and development of the State.
