NEWS:" Administrative Officers are the Heart Beats of Every Organization" - PS Kumangar.

Mr Solomon Kumangar, the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Information and Strategy made the comment while hosting the representatives of the Administrative Officers Association in the State this afternoon.

He said it's the government's desire to reform the civil service stating he agrees that the Administrative Officers are the Heart beats of every organizations and that one cannot run an organization without an effective Administrative
Officer which is why there is need for speed consideration for the Admin. Officers in the scheme of service.

Similarly, he said, "we desire a situation where we can  engage  our Administrative Officers more." He assured the members of the Association of his readiness to render his support wherever necessary.

Mr. Jesini Buba Lassa, the Chairman of the Association had earlier stated the purpose of the visit as thus; " because Mr Kumangar who was one time one of our members and now a Permanent Secretary. It's an honour to us as a Cadre."  Adding that they are also soliciting for support.
