NEWS:Governor Fintiri Restates Cattle Marketers to Benefit From Govt Policy'

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has restated that his administration has provided enabling ground for cattle markers in the state to expand their businesses.
 

Governor Fintiri reiterated this Wednesday while receiving Vibrant Cattle Marketers Association in Mubi on a congralatory visit on him at the Conference Hall, Government House Yola.
 

The Governor explained that his administration has initiated policy that will not only improve government renue in cattle business, but will help the cattle marketers in the state expand their business to become exporters of cattles to all parts of the country.
 

According to Governor Fintiri, his administration employed the services of experts in cattle business, provided five billion naira loan facility for cattle marketer to access through in the bank to expand their business and started construction of international cattle market in Mubi.
 

He lamented how politicians politicized the policy and divided cattle marketers on the policy that was meant to improve both the state revenue and the cattle marketers income. He said in the chain of the business the marketers in the state end up enriching where they supply the cattles outside the state.
 

He charged the cattle marketers not to allow themselves to be used by people who do their politics based on religion, ethnicity and projecting their selfish interest against that of the state.
Governor Fintiri assured that his administration will do everything possible to help the cattle marketers boost their businesses.
 

Earlier speaking, the leader of the delegation of the Vibrant Cattle Marketers in Mubi, Alh. Sharfadeen Muhammad said they were in Government House Yola to congratulate Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his reelection in to office.
 

He described Governor Fintiri as man of his word. He said the association followed the Governor and support his reelection bid because they believed he will deliver his mandate which he did in his first tenure in office.
 

Sharfadeen lauded Governor Fintiri for building new Mubi Modern Cattle Market which he said the level of the construction work is impressive with the veterinary section reaching roofing level. He assured Governor Fintiri that the Vibrant Cattle Marketers are in support of his administration's policy on cattle business in the state and will always give their unflinching support to the Governor Fintiri led administration.
