DEVELOPMENT: " I Believe You are in the Right Place ." Hon. Kofulto to NEHIH Delegation.

The Honourable Commissioner,  Ministry of Information and Strategy, Mrs Neido Geoffrey Kofulto was speaking to the representatives of the North East Humanitarian Innovation Hub yesterday being the 11th of March, 2024 at her office. "I believe you are in the right place. We will definitely give you our cooperation.  What ever you want to do just feel free to come in here and let us know how we can come in." Hon. Kofulto assured them that they will not be disappointed.

The Adamawa Team Lead, Venessa Nyingifa - Williams said " Our key reason for being here is regarding the freedom of  Information Act. The North East  Hub is currently working with Strengthening Civil and Local Engagement in Nigeria to push for the domestication of the freedom of the Information Act here in Adamawa State, Edo and in Kaduna. "  How ever,  the team has identified the State Ministry of Information and Strategy as the key stakeholder hence,  the purpose of the visit. " We deemed it important to visit Stakeholders and we believe that the Ministry of Information is the key Stakeholder. We want to share our progress and challenges as well as seek the Ministry's support  as we move forward and hopefully towards the domestication of the act in this current Assembly.
