RETIREMENT:Ministry of Information and Strategy Bid Farewell to Retired Staff.

Ministry of Information and Strategy has Sent forth five of its retired staff namely; Mr Obidah Dzarma ( DirectorofInformation), Mr Patrick Anyom ( Head of Strategy), Mallam Danladi Mamuda, ( Information Officer), Mr Musa Hassan ( Technical Officer), and Mrs Rhoda Chidama ( Librarian).  The event took place on 15th March, 2024, at the Ministry's Conference hall,  State Secretariat Complex.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry,  Mr. Solomon Kumarga in his remarks stated that "retirement is something to lookup to, because rest is sweet after labour,  that's why we also look up to retirement". He said that it's a good thing that  the retiree's have gone through the service successfully and he got the benefits of working with them in one way or the other. He appreciated them for the good working relationship they shared while in service and encouraged other staff to be prepared, sometimes it will be their retirement senthforth.

On behalf of the entire Ministry, he extend his deepest gratitude for their years of service and dedication. May their retirement be filled with happiness, good health, and countless blessings.

Similarly, good will messages were given by two Information Officers and General Manager ATV commending the retiree's on the relationship they shared throughout their service years that they have demonstrated unwavering commitment and professionalism, serving as a source of inspiration for their colleagues and leaving a legacy of excellence. Their passion for their work and their willingness to go above and beyond have not only enriched the workplace but also touched the lives of those around them, they wish them well as they transit into retirement, may this be a time of relaxation, fulfillment, and joy.

Gifts were presented to the five  retiree's.

Lastly vote of thanks was given by Mr Patrick Anyom unbehalf of the retiree's.
