In efforts to honor their son, Zekun Community in Lamurde Local Government Area, has organised a Civic Reception for Commissioner in the Ministry of Rural Infrastructure and Community Development, Honourable Titus Solomon.
The celebration was in line with Honourable Titus Solomon's contributions towards the growth and development of Zekun Community and beyond.
Speaking during the reception on Saturday, Adamawa State Deputy Governor Professor Keletapwa George Faurata, has called for unity as well as support for collective growth of the State and the Nation at large.
Professor Keletapwa George Faurata, congratulated the celebrant, as well advised him to exercise prudence when discharging responsibilities bestowed upon him.
She urged members of the Community to always embrace peace amidst diversity and work towards common goals for the benefits of the State.
The celebrant Commissioner, Titus Solomon, was excited by such an honor and show of love, he reiterated his support and commitment as well not to let his people and the State down.
Members of State Executive Council, Permanent Secretaries, Council Chairmen, Traditional Rulers amongst others graced the civic reception in Zekun Community.
Highlights of the civic reception was presentations to the celebrant as a mark of honour, even as the community also presented a gift to the Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta.
