Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Professor Keletapwa George Faurata, at the convention of Women Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), on Friday, held at the Living Faith Church Upper Luggere, Jimeta-Yola asked Women to always pray for the Development of the State and Nigeria at large.
Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, while challenging participants at the 30th Women Wing Convention, ( CAN) which brought together Women from the 21 Local Government Areas of Adamawa, North Eastern States and beyond, she appealed for Peace and Unity amongst followers of Christ, noting that as Women they should as well monitor their children and ensure their good moral upbringing for a better and prosperous society.
Highlights of the event was cutting of the 30th Anniversary Cake of the State Women Wing of (CAN), followed by the decoration of the Deputy Governor with the North East WOWICAN Uniform and Display by different cultural groups which added colour to the occasion.
