The Adamawa State Government has condoled with the family of  late justice Jacob Ndawalam who passed away on Tuesday, 7th May, 2024.

The Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, alongside Dr. Edgar Amos Sunday, chief of staff to the Governor, Commissioners as well some Government officials, registered the sympathy of the State Government, regretting that justice Jacob Ndawalam passed away at a time his service is needed most.

Professor Faurata, while speaking through the Chief of staff to the Governor, Dr. Edgar Amos Sunday, encouraged the bereaved family to seek comfort in God who is the giver and taker of life, noting that God  is the ultimate comforter and source of daily strength.
Commissioner Women Affairs and Social Development, Mrs. Wunfe Anthony, on behalf of the delegation prayed for the family as well as the deceased soul to rest at the bosom of God.

Justice Jacob Ndawalam passed away after a protracted illness at the age of 64 and is survived by a wife, five children and grand children.

Until his death Justice Ndawalam was a Adamawa state Judge of Customary Court of Appeal, Yola.

He also held the traditional title of Dan Masani Mbula.
