NEWS: Governor Muhammad Umar Jibrilla Reiterates Commitment to Rural Empowerment

Governor Muhammad Umaru Jibrilla has reiterated his commitment to developing the Rural Communities in Adamawa State through community driven empowerment process. To this end the Governor was at Numan to commission the newly reconstructed and repositioned Bonghe Microfinance Bank in Numan on Saturday 10th October, 2015. Senator Muhammad Umaru Jibrilla said  Bonghe Microfinance Bank is a bank of so many firsts. As Evidenced in their profile they have achieved so many feats in their effort to enthrench thrift and Business units in the rural areas.

According to the Governor "I am proud to be here as this Bank shows that our people can develop their communities and we need to encourage more of such efforts within our communities" The Governor therefore opined that his Government is will encourage the development of Small and Medium Scale enterprise in the Rural Areas.

 
Governor Muhammad Umar Jbrilla stated that Bonghe Microfinance Bank Numanhas been a forerunner in the development of small businesses and today it is what we need in the light of low resources in the country. Commissioning the project Senator Muhammad Jibrilla said "It is my privilege and honour to declare this Bank open to the glory of God and may it serve humanity in prosperity"
