NEWS: Adamawa Head of Civil Service declares a 3-day Workshop on Work Ethics and Organizational Productivity Open

The basic fundamental purpose of every responsive government is to improve capacity building of its workforce through which it could easily provide dividends of democracy to its people.

The Adamawa State Head of Civil Service Barr. Musa Kaibo stated this while declaring a 3-day workshop on Work Ethics and Organizational Productivity organised by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Yola Area Office in collaboration with the Office of the Head of Service for recently converted and newly appointed Administrative Officers in the State Monday 16^th November, 2015 at the Admiral Nyako Training Centre, State Secretariat Complex, Yola.

He said the workshop has been thoroughly designed to expose participants who were drawn from various Ministries, Departments and Agencies to rudiments and intricacies of Administration. Adding that the training and retraining of the workforce will expose them to meet the challenges being posed to organizational productivity.

Barr. Musa Kaibo said it is against these challenges in the system that the present Government of Senator Mohammed Umar Jibrilla emphasis on Staff development by encouraging Civil Servants in Adamawa State to go for further education as well as attend trainings and workshops such as this.

The Head of Service charged participants to be steadfast in the discharged of their duties and use the knowledge acquired during the 3-day worship to move Adamawa State forward.
