NEWS: APC Women Leader Lauds the Efforts of Governor’s Wife

On  Tuesday, 13^th  January  2016  Her Excellency, wife of  the  Executive  Governor  of  Adamawa  state  Hajiya  Maryam Muhammad Umar Jibirilla pay  a  courtesy  visit  to  APC Secretariat, Bank Road  yola.

In her remarks, the  APC  women leader  Hajiya Hauwa  Koma  applauds the efforts of  present government and enumerated some  remarkable  achievements  recorded by  the  her Excellency   Hajiya Maryam Muhammad Umar Jibirilla  such as  Widows  Economic Summit, Rehabilitation of orphanage,  Provision  of safe kit  for pregnant women, celebration of  new year  2016 with  the  physically  challenged among others. She further  pleads with the present  government  to provide  job  opportunities  for  women  and  youths  in the state.

  

The Hon. Commissioner  Ministry  of  women Affairs, Social  Development  and  Integration  Alhaji Aliyu Bello Tola  Commends the  efforts  of  her Excellency  Hajiya  Maryam Muhammad Umar Jibirilla  for  supporting  youths  and women in politics.

In her remarks,  Hajiya  Maryam  appreciates  members  of  APC  for their support  and assured   them  that  the present government   will empower  women and  youths in the state . She  presents  a token  of money, Milk  and safe kit to  women  and youth  leaders to be shared among  them. She  was  presented  with  with  a  wrapper by APC  women leader Hajiya Hauwa Koma. 

In a brief remarks,  the  acting  chairman APC comrade Dimas appreciates the presence  of  her Excellency  at the party secretariat, he said “ this is the first  time  in  the  history  of the  state for  Governor’s  Wife  to visit  the  secretariat”.  He  further  urged the  people to continue to support  the  present  governmen.
