The Adamawa State Ministry of Water Resource and its Agencies
are working towards effective productivity, especially in the area of water supply
in the state. However, this came to a fore during a Capacity Building Workshop
organized for staff of the Ministry on team work, evaluation and monitoring.
The workshop
is aimed at encouraging team spirit among workers and to sensitize them on the
meaning and purpose of monitoring and evaluation.

Musa Kaibo spoke extensively about the nature of the workshop and encouraged participants
to use the opportunity and make good use of it. In the same vain, the Commissioner
of Water Resources Hon. Julius K. Kadala who was at the helm of affairs stressed
the need for his staff to learn a lot not only for their personal use alone but,
for the benefit of the society at large.
