Handing over the mantle of leadership by the Acting Chairman of the Adamawa State Water Board, Mr Anthony Reuben, he thanked the management and staff of the board for giving him support during his leadership and apploud the efforts of Honourable Commissioner user the leadership of his Excellency Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow for always been supportive and also for chosen there own staff of the ministry who is capable of doing the best.
Accepting the handing over notes from the out going General Manager, Mr Samuel Joseph Shalkumbo thanked him and promise to restore sanity in the board and urged staff to further their education.
The Commissioner of water resources Mr Julius Kadala who was also present at the occasion advice the new manager to work hand in hand with the out going manager and respect him for been the most senior in the board and that he should listen to management staff in terms of advise.
