The report was submitted to the Hon Commissioner Ministry of Land and Survey Yola, Adamawa State Hon. Ibrahim Mijinyawa on 23rd day of  March, 2015 with terms of references as stated  below;

To identify the 5.98 hectares processed area in 2014
To determine the extent of encroachment
To advice the government to proffer possibly solutions.

The committee was inaugurated on the 10th of  February, 2016 by the Hon Commissioner of the Ministry at  Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria Conference Hall  FAAN Yola. After the inauguration, the committee which was chaired by the Surveyor General of the State Alh Adamu Yarima commenced work in earnest, members deliberated on ways and means of achieving the set goals.

How ever, the committee was able to come up with the following recommendations;

1 in order to forestall occurrences of development by property, plots owners on the site, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria should make adequate arrangements for immediate settlement of compensation to the affected person.
2  the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON henceforth should be charged to be more proactive and committed to their project  i .e to immediately Commence meaningful work on site.

It was then concluded that Government's effort to resolve conflicting issues over National Hajj Camp Site here in Yola is commendable and in the right direction and that whenever Government commits itself to such land acquisition in the future it is advisable that such actions be backed up with timely payment of compensation to the affected individuals.

The Hon commissioner while receiving the report thanked the committee for a job well done and promised them that the report will be given to the governor.
