 A statement signed by the Honourable  Commissioner Ministry Information and Strategy, Comrade  Ahmad Ibrahim Sajoh said   Mr. Umar Sambo Abubakar  is expected to contribute to the overall improvement of the Media and Strategy of the Government.

The new Special Assistant is expected to assist the Honourable Commissioner of Information as well as Chief Press Secretary and also to coordinate Government Media Awareness and Programmes.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
