Governor Muhammad Umar Jibrilla has described the recent concluded All Progressives Congress State Congress as Free and Fair in Adamawa State.
The Governor stated this shortly after casting his vote at the Mahmud Ribadu Square Yola venue for the state APC Congress and commended Delegates for showing maturity during the Ward, Local Government and State Congresses held across the state.
While expressing satisfaction oer the peaceful Congress Conducted, the Governor also urged those who emerged victorious to show good and purposeful leadership to their members who voted them so as to make the party proud.
In his remarks, the Chairman Credentials committee of the Congress Mr. Pius Odubo said about 1,527 statutory Delegates and 2,409 Delegates would elect candidates of their choice that would run the affairs of the party at state level for Four Years, explaining that Thirty -Six positions would be contested upon.
