The Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has enjoined Muslim Umaah to reflect on a good virtues of personal sacrifice as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, in the forthcoming Eid-El-Kabir
In a statement signed and made available to press by the Director General, Media and Communications, Government House Yola, Solomon Kumangar said that Governor Fintiri is wishing Muslim Ummah in the State a successful celebration.
The statement further said that Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri reminded everyone on the need to remain each other’s keeper as the anchor for peaceful co-existence.
The statement said Governor Fintiri explained that “EID-EL-KABIR is a time to usher in spirituality, peace, dedication, honesty, as we match towards a common destiny”.
Mr. Kumangar said that the Governor prayed God to spare the lives of Citizens to witness more returns of the blessed Day.
And, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri wished all State Pilgrims in the Holy Land a successful Arafat exercise and thereafter journey mercies on return.
