In continuation of his routine Sunday service across the State, the Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Chief Crowther Seth has appealed to Christians to continue praying for the success of the Fintiri led administration.
Seth urged church members to intensify prayers so that Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri can fulfil his eleven point agenda as a part of the campaign promises he made to the electorate.
Chief Crowther Seth made the remarks while attending four separate church services in Michika and Hong local Government areas .
The Deputy Governor attended church services at Our Lady of Consolation (OLC) Catholic Church Bazza, EYN no1 Hildi, EYN no1 Mararaban Mubi, and LCCN Kwambla.
Rev Father Patrick Ejim and Reverend Toma Duwara all preached on the need to have confidence and trust in God at all times.
Scriptural readings were drawn from the Holy Book of Psalms 71:1-6 and Luke 13:10-17.
While praying for the Fintiri led administration, the Clergyman informed the Deputy Governor that leadership should never be an avenue for self agrandizement but rather an opportunity to serve the people credibly so that dividends of democracy is felt by all and sundry.
The Deputy Governor attended the such services with dignitaries and eminent personalities. He was received and accompanied to the churches by both transition chairmen of Michika and Hong.
