The Northeast Humanitarian Innovation Hub (NEHIH) is dedicated to impacting social change by utilizing innovation as a strategic tool to address the humanitarian and socio- economic challenges of Northeast Nigeria post conflict
This came to fore at the launching of the Northeast Humanitarian Innovation Hub's ICT and Entrepreneurship Program for Women and Girls held at Conference Hall Lagoon Villa, Yola.

Mrs Bamsen also reiterated that the program trains women in ICT and Entrepreneurship with an opportunity to leverage their newly acquired skills to better compete in the workforce and bridge the gender gap in ICT and business, adding that many of the women who have enrolled in the program have demonstrated enthusiasm and dedication with an 80% average in overall attendance.
The Permanent Secretary Deputy Governors Office, Mallam Musa Hamman Mayo who represented the Deputy Governor Adamawa State Chief Crowther Seth at launching ceremony applauded the development of the Innovation Hub for training and in quipping women with information communication and entrepreneurial skills to complement digital knowledge in this computer era.
Mallam Mayo posited that the state government under the leadership of Ahmadu Fintiri is always ready to explore opportunities for partnership and sponsorship of such laudable program.
