NEWS:Governor Fintiri Storms Specialist Hospital Yola, Assures Completion of ongoing Project.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has started his official function for the year 2020 outside the Government House Yola with an unannounced visit to Specialist Hospital Yola.

The Governor who was at the hospital Thursday, said that he decided to visit Specialist Hospital Yola to see for himself the ongoing renovation work at the hospital.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after touring the hospital, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri said that health has been prioritized in the eleven point agenda of his administration.

Adding that his administration is trying to re position the health sector by checking the renovation, reconstruction and facilities on ground in Specialist Hospital so that the hospital will look like the one was known as the referral centre in the State.

On the last year’s recovered containers from Lagos Port with health facilities for the hospital, Governor Fintiri said that government has put on motion machinery to enable the contractor install all the equipment recovered laying in the port for over five years for the betterment of the citizens of the State.

The Governor assured that very soon the ongoing work in Specialist Hospital will be completed and they will move to other hospitals in the State for rehabilitation, construction and reconstruction work.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri stressed that very soon the condition of hospitals in the State will improve to give better services to the people of the State.
