Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Wednesday sworn in Auditor General for Local Government of Adamawa State, Mr. Sini Zira Kwabe.
Performing the ceremony at his office, Government House Yola, Governor Fintiri assured the new Auditor General maximum support of his administration to succeed in his new office. Maintaining that his administration will not interfere with the office of the Auditor General.
The Governor said due process was followed in the appointment of the Auditor General; stating he was appointed as the most Senior Officer in the Audit Department.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri charged the Auditor to use his vast experience and knowledge to strengthen auditing in Local Government system so as to achieve optimum results.
Responding, the new Auditor General Local Government, Mr. Sini Zira Kwabe assured his upmost support and cooperation to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri led administration.
He assured that he will not disappoint the confidence the State has on him.
Oath of office and secracy was administered to the Auditor General for Local Government, Mr Sini Zira Kwabe by the Adamawa State Hon Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Barr. Afraimu Jingi.
