The Deputy Governor said the legacies left behind by the deceased cannot be quantified, and prayed God to give the family grace to bear such an irreparable loss.


At the funeral service held at LCCN Borrong, Chief Crowther Seth on behalf of Governor Fintiri emphasized that the demise of late Reverend Jediel Karnde, has left a  vacuum which may be hard to fill.

He condole the family, Borrong community, Mbula rase and the  LCCN church for such a great loss, adding that his memories cannot be forgotten because of his enoumous contributions in Numan federation.
Chief Crowther maintained that late Reverend Karnde has laid a solid foundation worthy of emulation.

The Deputy Governor is optimistic that his death will be a unifying force in the family, Borrong, Demsa and the entire Numan Federation.

The Preacher, Dean reverend Nelson Malau reminded the living to live a Holy life for no one knows the day nor the hour to die.

Aged 84, late Reverend Jediel Karnde was born in 1937 and died on 8th February, 2021.

He is survived by a Wife and Seven Children.

The funeral brought together prominent personalities from Demsa and beyond among whom is Chief Felix Tangwami who described the deceased as dedicated and committed Christian, stressing that his legacies will always be remembered.
