NEWS: Hon. Sudi Looses Father.

The Executive Chairman of Mubi North Local Government Area, Hon. Suleiman Yahaya Sudi lost his father Alhaji Yahaya Vokna to the cold hands of death on July 17, 2021.  The body of Alhaji Yahaya Vokna was   laid to rest on the next day according to Islamic rites.

Prominent personalities that attended the burial includes; the Emir of Mubi Alhaji Abubakar Isa Ahmadu, the Hon Commissioner for Rural Infrastructure and Community Development, Abdullahi Adamu Prambe amongst others. 

It was gathered that Alhaji Yahaya Vokna died at the age of 105 after a protracted illness and have left behind Four Wives, Thirty Eight Children and One Hundred and Fifty Great Grand Children.
