The Deputy Governor, Chief Crowther Seth encouraged the immediate family and the entire community to take heart and bear the irreparable loss. He prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest.
While paying his last respect, Chief Crowther reminded the living that every living creature must test death, advising the faithfuls to live a life pleasing to God. He said late Edmond has lived a life worthy of emulation, hence the need for those he left behind to learn from his good virtues.
The Deputy Governor further advocated for unity, love and tolerance among Christians as enshrined in the scriptures.
Born in 1953 and passed away on 7th December, 2021 at the age of 68, late David Edmond is survived by nine children, nine grand children, brothers and sisters.
