NEWS: Deputy Governor Re-echoes need for Christian Community in Adamawa to Unite amidst Challenges, be good Ambassadors of Christ.

This came to fore at the ongoing 97th annual Convention of the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria LCCN at the covenant ground, Demsa local government area of Adamawa state.
Addressing the congregation, the Deputy Governor saluted LCCN family on the successful conduct of this year's convention, admonishing them to shun away from their sinful nature and live a true Christian Life.
This year convention tagged ; "Reflect Christ in your lives", the convention is an opportunity for the faithful to encourage and streignthen each other geared towards ensuring their physical and spiritual growth.
Chief Crowther Seth drew their attention on the need to stand against any divisive tendencies, rather remain as one indivisible entity, for the body of Christ is one.
On behalf of the Royal fathers present, Hama Bata Homun Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke urged the congregation to reflect Christ in their lives.
While calling for fervent prayers, he said God is the answer to any problem, challenging leaders to ensure fairness in all they do.
The traditional leader advised Christians not to be discouraged by challenges but wake up from their slumber and work towards the physical and spiritual growth of the church.
Homun Teneke however, tasked Youths and other members to desist from political thuggery, rather go and register to obtain their Voter cards which is the only tool to exercise their franchize.
Other speakers continued to preach unity, tolerance and peaceful coexistence among Christian community.
