The Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Professor Keletapwa Farauta has condoled with the Family of the Head of Service, Alhaji Shehu Isa Ardo and that of Mr. Titus Solomon the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Rural Infrastructure Thursday.
 

She expressed her heartfelt condolences to the Adamawa State Head of Service, Alhaji Shehu Isa Ardo over the demised of his elder brother Salisu  Shehu Ardo who died on Saturday 26 August, 2023.

Farauta who led the Government Executive to his family house at Wuro Hausa, Yola South to condoled with him and the entire family over the unfortunate and sad incident that took place over the weeks, she described his death as a great loss not only to the family but the state and the country at large.

She urged the family to take solace in God. Professor Farauta noted that death is inevitable and every soul must test death before meeting with its creator, hence the need for individuals to reconcile with God while they can.
 

Farauta lamented that Salisu died at the time his services are needed the most, but who are we to question our maker.

The Head of Service, Alhaji Shehu who received the Government delegation on behalf of the family thanked the state Government for the show of love and support, said they will forever be grateful to Fintiri lead Administration. He said, this is a sign of unity.

Those from the State Government Executives includes: The State Secretary to the State Government Barrister Auwal Tukur, Chief of Staff Government House, Dr Edger Amos, Commissioners Ministry Works and Energy Development Adamu Atiku, Commissioner Ministry of Finance Agustina Wandamiya, Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, Dr Umar Garba  Pella, Commissioner of Information and Strategy Honourable Neido Geoffrey Kofulto among others.

Late Salisu Shehu Ardo has since been buried on same day in accordance with Islamic rites, until his death he was the Zonal Manager Habib Bank, North West.
Late salisu died at the age of 68 after a brief illness, he is survived by 2 wives and 9 children.

Mean while the State Government Executive proceeded to the residence of the Commissioner Ministry of Rural Infrastructure and Development Honourable Titus Solomon to consoled him over  the death of his mother late Elder Shiyetu Solomon simpah. Who died on 17 August and was buried on 26th August, 2023.

The Deputy Governor at the Commissioner's compound in Karewa Extension said, late Elder Shiyetu lived a fulfilled life worth of emulation, said her death at the aged of 99 is a life celebration, urged the Family to morn mama in the way that the name of the Lord will be glorified.

Speaking on behalf of the family, Obadiah Solomon, thanked them for identifying with them during their trying moment said the family  will forever be grateful to this present Administration.

He assured them of a good Relationship and their support to Fresh Air Government.
 
Late Elder Shiyetu Solomon Simpah died at the age of 99, left behind 6 children, Many Grand and Great Grand childrens,
She has been buried at her home town Opalo  according to Christian rites.
