The Adamawa State Commandant of National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, Mr. Femi Agboalu, has vowed to tackle drugs abuse among children in the state.
He made the statement when some members of child protection network paid a courtesy visit at his office.
He went further to say that, it is their responsibility to protect children from substance abuse, and other negative attitudes and social vices.
Mr. Agboalu, advised Child protection network to organise sensitisation campaign on drugs abuse to children in various locations in the state. He promised to patronise places such as abatoire, parks and markets so as to come up with appropriate interventions.
In his remarks, the secretary, child protection network, Malam. Yahaya Buba Iya , commended the commander, of Nation Drugs Law Enforcement Agency for giving Child protection network corporation to fight substance abuse among children in the state.
